Race Description
The Flash Fit Youth Camp is set to take place in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley from June 30 to July 3, 2025, at the Caroline Furnace Camp & Retreat Center. This outdoor camp encourages children aged 7 and older to engage in various activities such as running, hiking, and canoeing, led by experienced coaches.
Participants will enjoy a range of organized activities including trail runs, lessons on trail safety, healthy eating, and team-building exercises, all while enjoying comfortable accommodations in a rustic farmhouse. Early bird registration is available until January 31, 2025, at a rate of $460 per person, which includes all meals, lodging, and activities.
