Race Description
The WVRR Annual Awards Banquet is scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 18th, 2025, at 5:30 PM, hosted at The Red Barn in Terre Haute, IN. Attendees will have an evening filled with celebration as the organization acknowledges its Championship Series and Club award winners, along with recognizing sponsors and outgoing board members.
The banquet will feature a diverse menu, including vegan options, and is designed to be family-friendly. Registration is open online, with ticket prices set at $25 for members and family members aged 13 and up, $15 for ages 12 to 3, and free for children under 3. Attendees can reserve their spots through email or register online with payment due at the door.
