Race Description
The Winter Solstice Endurance Run invites runners to celebrate the longest night of the year with a unique all-night running event in Helvetia, West Virginia. Scheduled to commence at sunset on December 21, 2024, participants will embark on a scenic 2.9-mile loop along the Helvetia Historic Trail, which will be illuminated with reflective tags for the occasion.
This year's run is designed as a fun run, not a competitive race, encouraging participants to complete as many laps as possible between sunset and sunrise. Runners will have access to the Star Band Hall for refreshments and as a gathering point throughout the night.
