Race Description
The Viking 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon is set to take place at the Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, Texas on December 21, 2024. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and welcomes participants of all levels, with no requirement for club membership, although members receive benefits such as discounted registration and event gear.
Scheduled to start at 8:00 AM, runners can expect a range of race distances, including 1 mile, 5K, 10K, 15K, and half marathon. The course, which is fully paved, features an out-and-back design, and all finishers will be awarded themed medals. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, with awards for the best attire given at the beginning of each race.
