Race Description
The Turkey Day 5K is set to take place at Mountain Ridge High School in Frostburg, Maryland, on November 28, 2024. This annual event invites participants of all ages and skill levels to join in a festive run that supports local running programs. The entry fee is $25 for adults, with discounted registration for children and students.
The 25th annual Turkey Day 5K features a predominantly flat course interspersed with challenging hills around the school campus, residential streets, and the Frostburg Cemetery. Participants are encouraged to register early to secure a T-shirt, as supplies are limited. Awards will be presented to the top finishers, including coffee mugs for the first male and female and pumpkin pies for the top three in each age group.
