Race Description
The Tryptophan Trot is scheduled for November 23, 2024, at Nourishing Nook located in Strongsville, Ohio. The event is designed as a community group run encouraging participants to enjoy a paved 2.2 mile loop at their own pace, whether running, walking, or biking.
This free event offers participants the opportunity to earn raffle tickets based on the number of laps completed. Additionally, a $10 registration option supports local coffee shops and selected charities. This year's beneficiary is Laura's Home, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals in need. Participants will also be rewarded with raffle tickets for completed loops, enhancing the community spirit of the event.
