Race Description
The TriCord Ruck & Run is set to take place on April 12, 2025, at Lake Stanley Draper in Oklahoma City. This second annual event aims to raise awareness and support for Oklahomans affected by trauma and PTSD, with all proceeds directed towards providing essential services for military personnel, veterans, at-risk youth, and young adults in the community.
Participants can choose from several options, including a timed half-marathon (13.1M), a 10K, and a 5K run, along with an untimed one-mile fun ruck/run. The event also features food trucks and an opportunity for participants to engage with each other, fostering community spirit and support amidst the challenges presented by modern digital culture.
