Race Description
The Traverse City Trail Running Festival, set in northern Michigan, celebrates the spirit of off-road running with a series of engaging races. Runners will navigate through the beautiful Pere Marquette Forest along a mix of singletrack and two-track trails, showcasing the region's natural beauty. The event kicks off with a two-person 10K relay and an individual 5K on Friday evening, followed by numerous individual race distances, including 10K, 25K, 50K, 75K, and 100K on Saturday morning.
The festival's activities take place at Timber Ridge RV & Recreation Resort, where participants are encouraged to stay after their runs for refreshments, fire pits, and yard games, promoting a celebratory atmosphere among racers and spectators alike. With registration currently open, this event promises excitement and camaraderie for both seasoned runners and newcomers to the trail running scene.
