Race Description
The Tour de Trails is a series of trail races held in and around Rockford, Illinois. The event features several races throughout the winter and early spring, starting with a 3-mile race on December 21, 2023, at Blackhawk Springs Forest Preserve, followed by a variety of distances culminating in a 12-mile race on March 15, 2024.
Participants can register for races ranging from 3 to 12 miles, with each event taking place at different scenic locations around Rockford. Registration is currently open, inviting both new and experienced runners to join in this winter trail running challenge. For more information, participants can visit the official event website.
