Race Description
The Toquerville Trails Turkey Trot is set to take place on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2024, at 10 AM in Toquerville Park. This event, a community tradition for the past 20 years, offers participants the chance to run on challenging trails, rather than traditional roads, providing a unique and rugged experience amidst beautiful canyon walls and desert vistas.
Participants can choose between two main course options: a short course of approximately 1.8 miles and a longer course spanning about 3.1 miles. Additionally, a stroller-friendly event of 1.25 miles will be organized on paved streets for those who may wish to take part with younger runners. Registration for the race opens on the day of the event from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, and early registrants can guarantee a race shirt by signing up before November 15, 2023.
