Race Description
The Tidewater Striders Distance Series is set to kick off on January 4, 2025, with the first event featuring 5K, 6-mile, and 10-mile races. The races will take place at the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail in Chesapeake, VA, starting at 8:30 AM. Participants can sign up for individual races or opt for a challenge bundle that spans three different distances.
This year, runners have the opportunity to take part in various challenges, including distances of 5 miles, 10 miles, and a 12-mile option, with subsequent events occurring throughout the winter. Notably, the series highlights the inclusion of Striders Grand Prix events. Registration is currently open, and runners are encouraged to secure their spot before the upcoming races, as no refunds will be issued after registration closes.
