Race Description
The Team PW Chris Yung 5K Turkey Trot will take place on November 28, 2024, starting at 2 Silos Brewery in Manassas, Virginia. This event honors the memory of Officer Chris Yung, who tragically lost his life while serving in the line of duty. Registration is currently open, and participants can choose to run or walk 5K, or join the Kids Fun Run, which starts at 8:00 AM with the 5K following shortly after at 8:30 AM.
The event is open to participants of all ages, including strollers and leashed dogs. The registration fees are $35 for individuals and $25 for children under 12, with an option for a virtual run. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Chris Yung Memorial Fund, supporting the families of fallen officers. Early packet pickup details will be announced closer to the event date, and an awards ceremony will follow the race.
