Race Description
The 4th Annual Spring Into Wellness Festival is set to take place on April 12, 2025, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. This vibrant event, sponsored by the UMMC Center for Integrative Health, combines a 5K race, family fun run, farmer's market, and community health fair, inviting participants of all ages and fitness levels to engage in activities that support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
