Race Description
The Skidaway Island Marathon and Half Marathon is set to take place on February 22, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM for the half marathon and 8:00 AM for the 5k. Participants will experience the scenic beauty of Savannah, Georgia, renowned as 'America's most beautiful city', as they run through the picturesque landscapes of Skidaway Island at The Landings Association.
Runners can look forward to various perks, including free parking, finisher medals, and tech race shirts. With about 800 runners expected for the half marathon and 200 for the 5k, the event promises an enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, there are provisions for safety, including marked courses and aid stations every two miles, making it a welcoming event for both novice and experienced runners.
