Race Description
The Sierra Club – Lancaster Group is excited to announce the upcoming Polar Bear 5K Trail Run and Hike scheduled for January 18, 2025. This event invites participants to run or hike the scenic trails of Lancaster County Central Park, while also promoting environmental awareness. Dog lovers are encouraged to bring their furry friends along for the fun.
Registration for the event is open, with early bird pricing available until January 5, 2025. Participants will receive a commemorative mug, and an exclusive long-sleeve event shirt can be added during registration. All funds raised will support the Green Grant Program, which provides financial assistance to local environmentally focused organizations. The race promises a mix of fun, prizes, and community engagement, regardless of the weather.
