Race Description
The Seize the Day Warrior Walk and 5K event is set to take place in Baton Rouge on April 5, 2025. Organized by the Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, this annual fundraising event aims to raise awareness and support for individuals living with epilepsy. This year marks the 21st occurrence of this event, featuring a walk-only Warrior Walk and the traditional timed 5K race.
Participants can join either the Warrior Walk, which emphasizes inclusivity and community support, or the competitive 5K race. Funds raised from this event will go towards vital programs and services for those affected by epilepsy. The walk is part of a broader effort to expand epilepsy awareness throughout Louisiana.
