Race Description
The S3 Turkey Trot, a beloved Detroit tradition for over 40 years, will take place on November 28, 2024, kicking off America's Thanksgiving Parade presented by Gardner White. With various race options including a 10k, 5k, and 1 mile, this popular event attracts thousands of participants who often dress in festive costumes.
In addition to individual distances, participants can sign up for combination events like the Drumstick Double and Cranberry Combo. All finishers receive a long-sleeved, technical shirt and custom-designed medals. Families are encouraged to bring strollers, although pets are not allowed due to venue policies.
