Race Description
The 13th Annual "Run Turkey Run" 5K Run and 5K Walk is scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024, at England-Idlewild Park in Burlington, Kentucky. This festive event offers participants a chance to begin Thanksgiving Day with a healthy activity, featuring a 5K distance with free parking and an early start time.
Organized by Burlington Baptist Church, the race aims to benefit local families through proceeds from the event, which will support student mission projects. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the Saving Grace Food Pantry, adding a charitable component to the day of fun and fitness.
