Race Description
The Run to the Beach event is scheduled for April 19, 2025, and will include a 5K run and a one-mile Easter Egg Scramble at Portage Lakes State Park in Akron, Ohio. Participants can look forward to scenic routes along the lakeshore, as well as a friendly atmosphere suited for runners and walkers of all levels.
Participants will receive a tech t-shirt and finisher medals for all 5K finishers. The event promises a blend of road and trail running with a finish on the sandy beach. Registration is currently open, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to enjoy a day of fitness and fun in a beautiful park setting.
