Race Description
The Run for the Hungry event is scheduled to take place on Thanksgiving morning, November 28th, 2024, at Mahr Park in Madisonville, KY. Participants can join a 5k run/walk along with a kids' 1/4 mile fun run to raise funds for the Christian Food Bank of Hopkins County.
The event will feature both a 5k run/walk starting at 8:15 AM and a kids' run beginning at 8 AM. Participants are encouraged to register online before November 4th to guarantee a t-shirt on race day. Additional prizes will be awarded in various categories, emphasizing community participation and support for local needs.
