Race Description
On November 28, 2024, the annual RUN FOR PIE event will take place in Soquel, California, continuing the beloved Thanksgiving tradition that engages the community in a festive run or walk. Participants can enjoy a scenic 5K course or a special 1/2 mile Turkey Chase Race designed for children, with every participant receiving a slice of pumpkin pie at the finish line.
This year, RUN FOR PIE aims to support local initiatives, including the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Soquel High School Track Team. The organizers encourage early registration due to a cap on participant numbers, and there is an option to contribute to the food bank during sign-up, reflecting the event's commitment to community support.
