Run 2 End Hunger

The 40th Annual Run 2 End Hunger is scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024, hosted by the Utica Roadrunners. This beloved Thanksgiving Day tradition invites participants to run or walk a 5K or 2-mile course, with all proceeds supporting local nonprofit food pantries. Registration fees range from $10 for individuals to $25 for families, alongside a request for at least three nonperishable food items per participant.

Registration will take place on the day of the event at the Utica Recreation Center, starting at 8 AM. Participants are encouraged to arrive early as the 5K run and 2-mile walk will commence promptly at 9 AM. As part of the community effort to combat hunger, the event welcomes families and even their dogs, promoting a spirit of togetherness and giving back during the holiday season.
