Race Description
The Round Rock Turkey Trot 2024 is set to take place on November 28, 2024, in Round Rock, Texas. This annual event, now in its eighth year, invites participants to run a 3.5-mile untimed course through the scenic Old Settlers Park, despite ongoing construction which has necessitated a new route. Families and friends are encouraged to challenge one another while enjoying a festive Thanksgiving morning.
Participants are reminded that due to construction conditions, the route may be rough for strollers, and appropriate precautions will be taken for safety. The event is family-friendly, welcoming strollers and leashed pets, but prohibiting bikes and scooters. The event will support local charities, with proceeds benefiting The Round Rock Serving Center, Operation Blue Santa, and the Play for All Abilities Park, and non-perishable food and toy donations will be accepted at the venue.
