Race Description
The Pirate race event encompassing distances of 1 mile, 5K, 10K, 15K, and a half marathon will take place at Vietnam Veterans Park in Concord, NC on April 12, 2025. This family-friendly event, hosted by the US Road Running Club, offers participants an opportunity to earn points towards the US Road Running Race Series.
Racers can enjoy various course options, including a paved route with some gravel sections, and will receive themed finisher medals. With packet pickup starting 30 minutes before the race and no on-site registration, participants are advised to register in advance via RunSignup. Participants are also encouraged to wear costumes for a chance to win an award for the best costume at the beginning of the race.
