Race Description
The 50th Annual Pictured Rocks Road Race is set to take place on Sunday, June 29th, 2025, in Munising, Michigan, known for its stunning views at the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The event will include both a half marathon and a 10k, featuring a scenic route comprised of paved roads and two-track trails, with approximately three miles of dirt paths included in the half marathon course.
Runners will gather at Bayshore Park, positioned on the southern shore of Lake Superior, for the start and finish of the races. All participants will receive a long sleeve shirt, and finishers will be awarded a medal. Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday evening and also on race morning, with a note emphasizing that no refunds will be provided and shirt sizes may be limited after early registration ends.
