Race Description
The annual Patanella's Green Brook Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is set to take place on November 28, 2024, starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Green Brook Middle School, located at 132 Jefferson Ave., Green Brook, NJ. This popular community event encourages runners and walkers of all levels to participate, making it a family-friendly occasion to kick off Thanksgiving Day activities.
The event features a USATF certified 5K course that is flat and fast, and participants are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items for donation to the local FoodBank. Registration is open until November 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM, and runners can enjoy post-race refreshments and music from Party People Promotions. This race is an excellent opportunity for community involvement and a fun way to stay active during the holidays.
