Race Description
The Parker Parks and Recreation Department invites runners and walkers to participate in the So Long to Summer 5K and 10K events scheduled for September 21, 2024, at Salisbury Park in Parker, Colorado. Participants can enjoy a scenic outdoor workout and indulge in a post-race pancake breakfast, along with a refreshing beverage provided by Fiction Beer Company for those 21 and older.
Early registration is encouraged, with costs set at $50 for the 10K and $40 for the 5K, increasing after September 7. All registered participants will receive a race shirt, custom race bib, and a chance to purchase a finisher medal. A free Kids' Dash will take place after the race for children aged 8 and under. Proceeds from the event will support the Town of Parker Scholarship Program to assist families in need with recreational opportunities.
