Race Description
The OBX Gobbler 5K & Fun Run is set to take place on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024, in Nags Head, NC. The event, organized by the Outer Banks Running Club, invites participants to run either the 5K or the Fun Run, aimed at fostering community engagement with a festive spirit as residents celebrate the holiday.
Participants will receive a race-themed shirt, with sizes guaranteed only for those registering by November 5, 2024. The race features clock timing and promises giveaways during packet pick-up. Local community members are encouraged to bring canned goods to support those in need during this holiday season. Registration is currently open, with a deadline set for November 24, 2024, at midnight.
