Race Description
The North Peak Performance 2nd Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk is set to take place at 9 AM on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, in Mannington, WV. This family-friendly event will utilize the scenic hiking trail that winds through the area, with the start and finish lines located just outside the Senior Center.
Participants have the opportunity to join either by running, walking, or pushing a stroller. Additionally, the event incorporates an age group awards system alongside prizes for top finishers. As a special initiative, $500 from the entry fees will be donated to the newly established North Peak Performance Scholarship fund, benefiting a senior graduating from North Marion High School in the Spring of 2025.
