Mustache March Madness - 2nd Annual RUCK Cancer Race/Walk

The Professional Fire Fighters of Chesapeake, Local 2449, are set to host the 11th Annual Mustache March Madness alongside the 2nd Annual RUCK Cancer Race/Walk on March 29, 2025. The event, taking place at the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, will feature two race distances, with the RUCK registration beginning at 7:30 AM followed by the race start at 9:00 AM.

Participants can choose between a 3-mile short course or an 8-mile long course, with prizes awarded to the top three finishers in both races. Registration is open with an entry fee of $45, which includes a custom race tee and a post-race cookout sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Chesapeake. This annual event supports local firefighters and their families affected by cancer, continuing a tradition of fundraising dedicated to this noble cause.
