Race Description
The Moonrise Bike Ride 2024 is set to take place from September 6 to September 8, 2024, offering a unique bikepacking experience along with music and a food festival at the Flint Hills Trail State Park. This event promises to provide a scenic ride, delicious meals, and the opportunity to connect with fellow cycling enthusiasts in a festive atmosphere.
Participants can choose between the main event which lasts one night, or an optional second night campfire experience, which includes additional rides and social gatherings. The organizational changes this year include a point-to-point route that enhances support for riders and enables them to explore almost 72 miles of the Flint Hills Trail. Shuttle services will be available to facilitate transportation for riders at both ends of the route.
