Race Description
The 4th Annual Mind & Body Connection 5K and Walk for Wellness will take place on March 22, 2025, at Dreher Park South in West Palm Beach, Florida. Hosted by Mental Health America of the Palm Beaches, this event invites participants of all ages to enjoy a scenic 5K run followed by a 0.75 mile wellness walk.
Participants will have the opportunity to receive a race shirt and finishers medal, along with age group awards. Early packet pickup is scheduled for March 20, 2025, at Run Appeal, and race day packet pickup will be available from 6 AM to 7:15 AM at the race site. To facilitate traffic, attendees are advised that the park entrance will close at 7:20 AM on race day.
