Race Description
The Love Loud 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run is set to take place on February 15, 2025, in Rockmart, Georgia. This charity event aims to support the community through various outreach initiatives throughout the year. The event will feature a 5K race starting at 9:00 AM followed by a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 10:00 AM, culminating in an awards ceremony at 10:15 AM.
Registration is currently open, with online sign-ups available until 11:00 PM on February 2, 2025. Pre-registration packet pickup will occur on February 7 at Big Peach Running Co. in Cartersville, Georgia. Participants can expect a scenic route for the 5K that begins downtown and follows the Silver Comet Trail, while the 1 Mile course is an out-and-back route also starting and finishing downtown. This event is expected to be chip-timed by Wire2Wire Running, utilizing advanced RFID technology to ensure accurate results.
