Race Description
The Loppet Ski Club, based at Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis, is geared towards newcomers to cross-country skiing as well as those looking to enhance their recreational skiing skills. The club offers a supportive environment for individuals of all skill levels to enjoy skiing, particularly during the fall dryland sessions that precede the winter season.
Scheduled to begin on September 9, 2024, and conclude on October 29, 2024, the Fall Dryland program allows participants to develop their skiing techniques and fitness before snowfall. Registration is currently open for anyone interested in joining the club, which emphasizes regular skiing and skill development as a way to embrace the winter experience in Minnesota.
