On December 7, 2024, Valley View Nature Preserve will host the inaugural Legends of the Valley, a Backyard cross-country trail running event. This unique race is open to individual runners, teams, and children, offering a scenic course that promotes camaraderie and excitement amongst participants. With a focus on traditional team scoring, this event aims to ignite competitive spirits and provide a fun atmosphere for all.
