Race Description
The Lake Area Runners are set to host the Swamp Stomp 1/2 Marathon and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Graywood Park in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The event promises an engaging atmosphere with multiple water stops all along the course as well as an after-party featuring free food, entertainment, and refreshments.
Participants in the half marathon must be at least 14 years old by the event date, and early registration is currently open with various fee tiers based on the signup date. Volunteers are also welcomed to assist with the operation of the event, ensuring a lively and successful day for all runners and attendees alike.
