Race Description
The KC Pet Project 5K is set to take place on June 7, 2025, in historic Swope Park, Kansas City. Participants will compete in a spirited atmosphere while supporting the vital work of the KC Pet Project, which helps thousands of homeless, abandoned, and injured pets each year.
Registered participants will receive race bibs and commemorative medals, with an option to purchase a special t-shirt for an additional fee. While the event is focused on raising funds for pet welfare, organizers request that attendees leave their pets at home, except for service animals, although some shelter pets will be present along the route.
