Race Description
The Jingle Bear Trot is set to take place as part of the 5th annual Christmas in McCleary event, hosted by the McCleary Civic Renewal Council. This festive event coincides with the city's beloved annual train lighting celebration, marking the official start of the holiday season. Participants can enjoy a leisurely trot around Beerbower Park, choosing between a 1-mile or roughly 5K course, while donning fun costumes or jingling along with bells.
This year's race will offer a variety of prize categories, including cash prizes for the top finishers in both the 1-mile and 5K distances, as well as awards for the best costumes. Registration is currently closed, but attendees can look forward to additional holiday festivities including cocoa, cookies, and performances from local youth.
