Race Description
The 14th Annual Family 5K Run/Walk organized by Hospice of West Alabama is scheduled for April 19, 2025, at the VA Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. The event will start at 8:00 AM following a registration period from 7:00 AM in the parking lot of the Hospice. This year’s event is part of the Grand Prix series, showcasing the community's commitment to supporting local initiatives.
Participants in the HOWA 5K often include families of former patients and members of the Tuscaloosa Track Club, celebrating the legacy of loved ones through their participation. The event features activities suited for the whole family and continues to grow in both size and offerings each year, promising an engaging experience for all attending.
