Race Description
The Hiester Cares 5K Run-Walk to Prevent is set to take place on October 12, 2024, at Fuquay Varina High School in Fuquay Varina, NC. Organized by the Hiester Cares Foundation, the event aims to raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention while providing a community-focused running experience.
Participants will navigate a USATF certified 5K course primarily on broad sidewalks on the school campus. Along with a race t-shirt and swag bag, awards will be presented to the top finishers in various age categories, spotlighting the competitive spirit of the event.
