Race Description
The Healthy Strides 5K and 10K will take place on May 3, 2025, at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station, Virginia. The event, hosted by the Fairfax County Park Authority, invites runners and walkers of all abilities to enjoy the picturesque trails while participating in either the 5K or 10K race. The 10K course is designed for more competitive runners, requiring a pace faster than 17 minutes per mile to finish by 9:30 AM.
Registration for the event is currently open and will close on March 31, 2025, or sooner if the maximum capacity of 500 participants is reached. The event will also feature a Tots/Kids Dash for younger participants. A portion of the event proceeds will support the Fairfax County Park Foundation.
