Race Description
The Hammond Rotary's Charity Shamrock Run, presented by the Rotary Club of Hammond, is set for March 22, 2025, at the Renaissance Festival grounds in Hammond, Louisiana. Participants can choose to compete in a 1-mile run or the more challenging 5K and 10K races, with an emphasis on community involvement and charity.
With awards for top finishers as well as special recognitions for the Best Costume and the Biggest Team, the event promises to be both competitive and entertaining. There's also a unique challenge segment called "Beat the Leprechaun" in the 10K, offering participants a chance to win prizes. Registrations are currently open, and participants are encouraged to sign up early for T-shirt guarantees and to avoid race-day congestion.
