Race Description
The Grinch Gallop 5K Fun Run is set to take place on December 7, 2024, in Quanah, Texas. This local road race is open to participants of all ages and will begin at the Hardeman County Memorial Hospital, featuring an out-and-back course. The event aims to celebrate the kick-off of the Christmas season, making it a festive occasion for the community.
Participants will have the chance to compete for awards, with prizes for the top three finishers in both adult categories and for those 12 years old and under. Following the run, the community is invited to enjoy additional holiday festivities in downtown Quanah, which include 'Breakfast with The Grinch', various vendor booths, and a lighted parade in the evening.
