Race Description
The GCXC + Cancer Bridges Community Run is set to take place on February 8, 2025, in Pittsburgh, commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Sean T. Smith Memorial Just A Short Run. This inaugural event, hosted by GCXC, aims to foster community engagement while supporting Cancer Bridges, a local charitable partner dedicated to assisting those affected by cancer in the Pittsburgh area.
Participants can choose from six different run or walk routes tailored to various fitness levels, making it a welcoming event for both experienced runners and first-time walkers. Following the activities, a pancake breakfast will be provided, and donations to Cancer Bridges are encouraged, supporting their essential work within the community.
