Race Description
The 4th Annual Freeze Your Buns Run 5K will take place at Winterfest in Spencer, North Carolina on December 7, 2024. The event, which starts at 1:00 p.m., will be preceded by a 1/2-Mile Fun Dash at 12:30 p.m. Participants can enjoy a festive atmosphere as this race helps benefit the local Winterfest celebration, a German Christmas Marketplace.
Expect a registration fee of $25 for the 5K leading up to the event, with on-site registration on the day of the race costing $30. Awards will be presented at 2:00 p.m. on the main stage of the event. Additionally, top finishers in various categories will be honored, and all 5K participants will receive a long sleeve technical T-shirt. Interested runners are encouraged to register early, especially as inclement weather may affect the schedule.
