Race Description
On May 4th, 2025, the Crossroads Community & Corsica River 5K, titled 'May the Force of Wellness Be with You', will take place on the Cross County Connector Trail in Grasonville, Maryland. This unique 5K race aims to promote mental health awareness while offering participants stunning views of the Kent Narrows. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes inspired by the Star Wars universe to add a fun twist to the event, which supports the nonprofit organization Crossroads Community Inc.
Despite the upcoming race date, registration is currently closed, and this year’s event will continue to serve as a platform for community engagement and mental health advocacy. Crossroads Community Inc. focuses on aiding individuals in need across five mid-shore counties in Maryland. As the event draws nearer, participants and supporters are reminded to prepare their gear for a day filled with purpose and enjoyment.
