Race Description
The Coronado Turkey Trot, now in its 11th year, will take place on Thanksgiving, November 28, 2024, at Tidelands Park in Coronado, California. This popular family-friendly 5K event invites runners and walkers of all ages to enjoy a scenic course alongside San Diego Bay, providing a festive and enjoyable atmosphere as part of the holiday celebrations.
Participation in this event not only promotes health and community spirit but also supports a noble cause, as all net proceeds will benefit the Pediatric Ophthalmology Department at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. With discounted registration fees available for participants aged 15 and under, those interested are encouraged to register early due to the event's tendency to sell out annually.
