Race Description
The Columbia Association Triathlon is set to take place on June 22, 2025, at the Clemens Crossing Pool in Columbia, MD. This event caters to both veteran and novice athletes, featuring a pool swim, followed by a road cycling segment and a paved trail running course. With moderate elevation changes in the biking portion and a relatively flat running course, participants can enjoy a balanced and engaging challenge.
Registration for the event is currently open, and all participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal upon completion. The race is USA Triathlon sanctioned, reinforcing its quality and competitive standards. Participants can choose between two distances: a Sprint which includes a 400-yard swim, a 10-mile bike, and a 3-mile run, or a Super Sprint with a 200-yard swim, a 5-mile bike, and a 1.75-mile run.
