Race Description
The 19th Annual Central Texas Turkey Trot is set to take place on November 23, 2024, at Brazos Park East in Waco, TX. The event starts at 9 a.m., with participants encouraged to arrive early to prepare with the emcee, Ann Harder. This beloved local gathering is organized by Altrusa International of the Brazos, promoting community spirit and engagement.
Participants can pick up their race packets on the evening prior to the race, November 22nd, at the Central United Methodist Church in Bagby between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Proceeds from the event will support various community initiatives, including The Cove and the 'See Before You Can Read' eyeglasses project, contributing to the welfare of the Waco community. Registration is currently open for those interested in joining the fun.
