Race Description
The 37th running of the Tom Fleming Sunset Classic, sponsored by Brookdale Shop Rite, will take place on June 26, 2025, benefiting the Bloomfield Educational Foundation and the Vocational Educational Special Training (V.E.S.T) program. Attendees can expect a community-centered event with various family-friendly activities including hot dogs, beverages, ice cream, and beer.
Awards will be presented for multiple categories in the 5 Mile Race, including cash prizes for the top three overall male and female runners, as well as for masters competitors. Additionally, medals will be awarded to all finishers of the Rick Petersen Mile, highlighting the event's commitment to recognizing participants of all ages.
